If you’ve made an appointment that you are unable to keep, kindly cancel your appointment so others can use it.
While we will make every effort to make your bike ride ready, not every issue can be resolved within our limited time and resources. The Bike Doc staff cannot work on a bike that they cannot make safe or legal to ride.

A Bike Doc Service Can Include
Diagnostics: We can inform you what parts you need to purchase
Pedal Bikes: Brake and cable adjustments, brake pads, flat tires, punctured tubes.
E-Bikes: We’ll try to work on brake pads, brake, and cable adjustments, flat tire, and tube repair. We have limited tire and tube supplies and recommend if you need a tire or tube installed, you purchase it and bring it to us for installation.
A Bike Doc Service Does Not Include
- Hydraulic brakes on any bike
- E-bikes with tires that are 3” or larger
- Replacing broken spokes
- Repairing/replacing unique proprietary components
- Repairing or diagnosing electrical systems and motors
Part Installation: For some parts, if you purchase and bring to your appointment, we can install (depending on time needed)
Upon arrival at Bike Doc, our intake team will assess your bike and then verify whether we are able to fix it for you!
Not all bikes are fixable by Bike Doc in the repair window. These can be referred to a bike shop for additional service at your own expense.
