Bike Doc is pleased to offer diagnostics, consultation, and basic tune-up service at no cost to our community.

Before Signing Up: Did you know that about 40% of reported flat tires brought to Bike Doc are really just tires that needed to be pumped up? Please visit any Jibe Fix-It station to pump up your tires before signing up to bring your bike to Bike Doc.

Note: One bike per appointment.

Jibe will now accept walk-ups in addition to guaranteed reservations!
Please note that availability of walk-up appointments are not guaranteed and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Issues not able to be fixed in the repair window will be referred to a bike shop for in-depth service.

Steps for having your bicycle repaired with Bike Doc:

Sign-up for a guaranteed appointment time here. One bike per appointment, limit 3 appointments per person. If you have more than one bike you want to be serviced, please sign up for additional appointments, or bring your bicycles as walk-up, day-of appointments, available on a first come, first served basis.
Check-in your bike at the Intake table.
Bike Doc will text you when your bicycle is ready for pick-up.

Please:

Be considerate and cancel your appointment if you can't make it so that someone else can use the service.
Be TIMELY – if you come late, you will not be guaranteed a visit.
Dust off your bike and pump the tires before your visit.

BIKE MAINTENANCE PARTICIPANT E-WAIVER AND RELEASE

In consideration of my participation in the North Natomas Jibe bike maintenance program, I hereby waive and release any and all claims of negligence causing damages, including death, personal injury, or property damage which may occur as a result of the negligence of North Natomas Jibe, its agents or independent contractors, or my participation in this program. The North Natomas Jibe and its affiliates will not pay for medical expenses, lost wages, pain, distress, property damage, or any other damages. This release is intended to discharge in advance the North Natomas Jibe, the sponsors, volunteers, independent contractor mechanics, anyone contributing services, as well as any other person connected with the bike maintenance program, their heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns for any and all liability for negligence arising out of or connected in any way with participation in this program.

I AM AWARE THAT RIDING A BICYCLE INVOLVES CERTAIN INHERENT RISKS. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR DEATH.

I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release all of the persons or entities mentioned above who might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs or assigns for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. The naming of any parties in this release is not intended to imply that they are partners, joint venturers or have any right of control of the bike maintenance program.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE NORTH NATOMAS JIBE AND/OR ITS AFFILIATED CONTRACTORS AND ORGANIZATIONS AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE for Minors Under 18 years of age: I understand that I am receiving bike maintenance services for free, and that it is my responsibility to always be sure the bike is safe to ride. I agree that the providers of the free bike maintenance services are not liable for negligence if there is a problem with the maintenance services.
