Since transportation is the single biggest source of air pollution in our state, we invite the North Natomas community to try (or increase their use of) Sacramento Regional Transit's (SacRT) bus services for FREE. Follow the instructions below to receive 10 free basic single ride tickets automatically deposited to your SacRT Zip Pass ($25 value).

What is Zip Pass?

Zip Pass is SacRT's mobile fare app. Download Zip Pass to pre-purchase, store, and use SacRT tickets and passes instantly on your phone anywhere, anytime, on both bus and light rail.

How to Access Free Transit Fare:

  1. Email info@jibe.org with subject line "I use transit!"
  2. Receive your 10 promo codes via email from Jibe within 2 business days. Note that 1 promo code = 1 basic single ride ticket.
  3. Download the Zip Pass app to your phone.
  4. Complete the registration process using the email address listed in your email confirmation from Jibe.
  5. Go to the Settings tab, and tap on the Ticket Voucher button.
  6. Enter the 8-digit voucher codes shown in your email confirmation from Jibe.

How to Use ZipPass:

  1. Open your ZipPass app before you board a bus or train.
  2. Navigate to the Available tab.
  3. Tap to select a ticket for activation.
  4. Tap Activate at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Present your active pass to the bus operator or transit ambassador.

SacRT operates four bus routes in North Natomas, including:

  1. Route 11 - Natomas to Downtown and Land Park
  2. Route 13 - Natomas to Arden
  3. Route 113 - Truxel and Gateway Park to Arden / Del Paso
  4. SmaRT Ride in Natomas
