Need to get home in a pinch?

Your North Natomas location has a great perk: Jibe! We offer a diverse range of tailored programs and initiatives designed to incentivize and reward businesses, their customers, and employees for embracing sustainable transportation solutions.

We offer a Guaranteed Ride Home for all commuters who use a commute alternative (SacRT, bike, carpool, or vanpool) and have a profile on NorCal Go.

Jibe will cover the entire cost for a taxi or rideshare ride up to five times a year.

Use Guaranteed Ride Home when:

  • A family member has an emergency, and you need to get home right away
  • You are having trouble biking (inclement weather, flat tire, etc.)
  • A problem arises at your student’s school or daycare
  • You are sick
  • Your carpool or vanpool partner has an emergency, and you are stranded
  • Unscheduled, supervisor-approved overtime

Guaranteed Ride Home cannot be used for:

  • Personal errands
  • Business travel
  • Medical or dental appointments
  • A missed ride home (vanpool, bus)
  • Times when you want to go out but don’t want to drive

How to use the program

  • Create a profile on NorCal Go, click Rewards at the bottom of your mobile app (or on the left side of your computer screen). Find Guaranteed Ride in the Featured section, select “reimbursement” for rideshare or “voucher” for cab fare, and follow the instructions.
